COOL 2 BE CONSCIOUS has a ‘no refund’ policy. It is in our highest intention to provide outstanding programs and content for our Customers. We believe we provide full transparency and disclosure for all events, programs, products and other offerings for purchase. In addition to this, our content is tailored specifically for each program and incurs significant expenses. Therefore, we do not grant refunds. In alignment with Australian and New Zealand Consumer Law we reserve the right to discuss extreme situations that may arise and are subject for reconsideration. If there are any issues with the packages or service you have been provided, please contact COOL 2 BE CONSCIOUS via email info@cool2beconscious.com and we will work with you in relation to your issues, whatever they may be.

With the exceptions provided by Australian and New Zealand Consumer Law, a Customer may not cancel a ticket that they have purchased. COOL 2 BE CONSCIOUS has a finite capacity in relation to the services that it can provide and requires payment in order to cover the opportunity cost associated with the cancellation.

In the event of illness certified by a medical professional, or other justifiable reason for withdrawal from a session, services may be suspended by the Customer upon request, in writing to info@cool2beconscious.com. Such withdrawal is at the discretion of COOL 2 BE CONSCIOUS. Should withdrawal be allowed, credit will be provided towards another ticket.

A ‘no refund’ policy is in place for this event. In the event of illness (medical certificate required) or another justifiable reason COOL 2 BE CONSCIOUS may cancel your ticket and offer you credit towards another offering.

HALF DAY COMMUNITY EVENTS 2024
A ‘no refund’ policy is in place for this event. In the event of illness (medical certificate required) or another justifiable reason COOL 2 BE CONSCIOUS may cancel your ticket and offer you credit towards another offering.

PRACTITIONER ONLINE & IN PERSON TRAINING 2024
A ‘no refund’ policy is in place for this event. Due to the nature of this course we do not offer refunds.

IMMERSIVE RETREAT 2023
For our Immersive Retreat 2023, we may provide a refund for payments if we are notified via email info@cool2beconscious.com 6 weeks prior to the start date. Any time within the 6 weeks leading up to the Immersive Retreat there will be no refunds. In the event of illness certified by a medical professional, or other justifiable reason for withdrawal from the retreat, payments may be refunded at the discretion of COOL 2 BE CONSCIOUS.

COOL 2 BE CONSCIOUS wraps and sends your packages with love and care to ensure they travel safely to you. We do not offer refunds for our goods unless they are broken or damaged upon delivery to you (pictures of damage will be requested).
